Result of AGM and Change of Chairman

CSS Stellar plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held earlier today, all of the resolutions were duly passed.

At a Board meeting following the AGM, Peter Owen retired as the Company’s Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect but will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director. At the same Board meeting, the Board elected to appoint David Julian Buchler, who was already a Non-Executive Director of the Company, as the new Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
