CSS Stellar plc ("CSS" or "the Company") today announces the retirement of John Webber as Chairman and he will leave the Board of the Company at the end of March 2006. The Board of CSS thanks John for his considerable contribution to the Board during the period of his chairmanship. John has been with the Group since flotation five years ago and will continue to work with clients.

Peter Owen, currently an independent non-executive Director of the Company, will take over as non-executive Chairman with immediate effect.

CSS intends to report its results for the year to 31st December 2005 on 20th March 2006.
